ActionAid Vietnam sponsors medical equipment for the Krong Bong District Health Centre

The Project Management Board No. 18 has just cooperated with ActionAid Vietnam to organize the handover ceremony of medical equipment worth VND1.3 billion to the clinic to care for reproductive health of ethnic minority women and young people in Krong Bong district Health Centre, Dak Lak province.

The Health Centre of Krong Bong district receives the medical equipment

The handed medical equipment includes 14 items of modern medical equipment such as 4D ultrasound machines, incubators, infant warmers, oxygen generators, ozone sterilizers, air disinfection lamps, etc. with a total amount surpassing VND1.3 billion. This is a part of the total investment of over VND4billion to establish the obstetrics and gynecology clinic to care for ethnic minority women and young people in Krong Bong district, Dak Lak province.

The Department of Health’s leader inspects the actual installation and operation of donated equipment

The clinic has beds with air conditioning, toilet and many related ancillary items. After the ceremony, the clinic should be put into operation to serve the local people in Krong Bong district, especially ethnic minority women and young people in the project area.
