Training on the digitization process of records and the results of handling administrative procedures

On the morning of June 28th, the Department of Information and Communication in collaboration with VNPT Dak Lak organized a training session to guide the process of digitalizing documents and the results of resolving administrative procedures and public services in the reception and resolution of administrative procedures and public services at all levels of the One-Stop Department.

The training course took place over three days from 28th to 30th, 2023. Departments, agencies, and localities were instructed on the digitalization process of documents and the results of handling administrative procedures at One-Stop Departments at all levels, in accordance with Decision No. 2603/QD-UBND dated November 22nd, 2022, by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The training also included guidance on transferring interconnected documents from the iGate system to iDesk.

Mr. Vo Nguyen Hoang Nam, Deputy Director of the Intelligent Operations Center (IOC), stated that they have implemented the conclusions of Mr. Nguyen Tuan Ha, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and Deputy Head of the Provincial Administrative Reform Steering Committee, along with the Department of Information and Communications, to organize a training course guiding the process of digitalizing documents and the results of handling administrative procedures at One-Stop Departments at all levels, following the guidelines stated in Decree No. 107/2021/ND-CP amending and supplementing Decree No. 61/2018/ND-CP.
Through this training course, they aim to support the One-Stop Department in performing tasks more efficiently, acquiring additional skills in utilizing digital document tools, digitalizing document processes, and transferring interconnected documents from iGate to iDesk. This will help save time in processing administrative procedures and enable cost savings for citizens during the procedure
The IOC will monitor the process of digitalizing documents and the results of handling administrative procedures
Prior to this, the Department of Information and Communications conducted a survey on the infrastructure supporting document digitalization in various departments and localities. This aimed to guide the process of digitalizing documents and handling administrative procedures and public services, creating favorable conditions for citizens, organizations, and businesses to access and reuse the electronic results of administrative procedures and public services.
In the coming period, the Department of Information and Communications will continue to support units in the process of digitizing the results of administrative procedures and public services by providing recommendations for efficient storage, preservation, and utilization. They will ensure the connection and sharing of data in the electronic administrative procedures and public services process, meeting the requirements of building a digital government in the province.
