Five important resolutions were passed at the Ninth Specialized Session of the Tenth Provincial People's Council 

On the morning of June 14th, the Ninth Specialized Session of the Tenth Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term was held to evaluate and review important matters.

The attendees of the session included Mr. Phạm Ngọc Nghị, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Huỳnh Thị Chiến Hòa, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Trần Phú Hùng, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Standing members of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, committees, sectors, and localities within the province; and delegates of the Tenth Provincial People's Council for the 2021-2026 term.

During the session, the Provincial People's Council considered and unanimously approved the proposal to appoint comrade Nguyễn Thiên Văn, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Chairman of the District People's Council of Ea Súp district, as an additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the Tenth Provincial People's Council, 2021-2026 term.

In this session, the Provincial People's Council reviewed and decided on the following matters: regulations on pricing for irrigation public utility products and services in 2022 for irrigation projects using state funds in Đắk Lắk province; regulations on approving the adjustment of local budget settlements for 2021; regulations on the content and level of financial support for drug rehabilitation and post-rehabilitation management at the local level in Đắk Lắk province; regulations on support policies for artisans in Đắk Lắk province during the period 2023-2025.

Mr. Nguyễn Hoài Dương, Director of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, reported the approval of the proposal on the regulations regarding the pricing of irrigation public utility products and services in 2022.

In her closing remarks, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council, Ms. Huỳnh Thị Chiến Hòa, emphasized that the session had considered the proposals from the Provincial People's Committee, the review reports from the Provincial People's Council committees, conducted discussions, and passed five resolutions with a high approval rate.

The Provincial People's Council conducted elections and passed a resolution confirming the results of the appointment of additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the Tenth Provincial People's Council, 2021-2026 term. This process ensured democracy, compliance with principles, procedures, and legal regulations, contributing to the completion of key leadership positions and enhancing the effectiveness of guidance and administration tasks by the Provincial People's Committee.

The delegates voted and passed resolutions on various socio-economic matters

These resolutions provide a legal basis for the Provincial People's Committee to continue implementing policies that respond to the current situation and fulfill the province's socio-economic development tasks in the future.

To successfully implement the resolutions passed by the Provincial People's Council, it was recommended that the Provincial People's Committee focus on completing the necessary procedures and documents to submit for authorized approval of the results of the appointment of additional Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the 2021-2026 term in accordance with the law.

The relevant departments, sectors, and localities assigned with tasks should promptly organize the implementation of the resolutions, ensuring their practical effectiveness. At the same time, they should closely monitor the targets, solutions, and actual situation to proactively and decisively direct and manage the completion of the 2023 socio-economic development and national defense and security tasks.

They should proactively coordinate with the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council to prepare programs, content, and materials, ensuring the quality and timeline for the regular Sixth Session of the Provincial People's Council, Tenth term, scheduled to be held from July 12th to July 14th, 2023.
