Mr. Nguyen Thien Van elected as the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee 

On the morning of June 14th, the 10th session of the Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, held the ninth specialized meeting to assess and consider important matters and elect additional position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The delegates of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Council elected to add the position of Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

At the meeting, the 10th Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, elected comrade Nguyen Thien Van to be the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2021-2026. Mr. Nguyen Thien Van was born on November 15th, 1973, of the Kinh ethnic group. He holds a 12/12 education level and has a professional background as an Agricultural Engineer, Bachelor of Law, and Master of Public Administration. He has a high-level theoretical knowledge in politics. His current position is a member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, and Chairman of the District People's Council of Ea Sup.

Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council Huynh Thi Chien Hoa presented flowers to congratulate the newly elected Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Thien Van.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented flowers to congratulate the newly elected Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Nguyen Thien Van.

The result of the vote was 66 out of 74 votes (7 delegates were absent), achieving a rate of 89.18%. Mr. Nguyen Thien Van was elected by the 10th Provincial People's Council of Dak Lak province to be the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the term 2021-2026.

Mr. Nguyen Thien Van (born in 1973) previously held the positions of Vice Chairman and later Chairman of the Provincial Cooperative Alliance of Dak Lak province (2011-2018), and Secretary of the District Party Committee of Ea Sup district from August 2018 until now.
